Participants must reside in the Borough of Wharton and be 62 years of age or older and complete the attached application.

All reservations must be made at least 48 hours but not more than 20 working days before the requested appointment date

All appointments must be made through Wharton Borough Senior Transportation Officer at (973) 659-9111 by leaving a detailed message Please include your name, phone number and destination, along with details such as the Doctors name, address and appointment date/time

The Wharton Senior Bus seats 20 passengers plus 2 wheelchair The Driver will offer assistance in an effort to prevent injuries. Any injury must be reported to the Driver immediately.

The Senior Bus may use the passengers' residence driveway for pickup and drop off if the driver deems it to be safe for

Wharton Senior Citizen Transportation Program shall not operate when there is inclement If the weather clears sufficiently, medical services may be resumed at the discretion of the Borough.

The driver will arrange pickup, route destination and return drop off.
